The Wedding Song of Shamaness Nisin – An Unknown Fragment of a Well-Known Tale

This article analyses a shamanic text, the Tale of the Shamaness Nishan, which has been the topic of many an analysis, both in China and in Western translation. However, the present article deals with a hitherto unknown fragment which seems to run counter to the traditional tale.
尼山薩滿傳 / ᠨᡳᡧᠠᠨ ᠰᠠᠮᠠᠨ ᡳ ᠪᡳᡨᡥᡝ，屬於滿族以及西伯利亞東部民族的傳統民間文學, 描寫尼山薩滿幫助意外身亡之子復活的過程。本部莎曼歌已翻譯成多種 語言、研究過幾次,但此篇文章的目的是介紹新發現的一片段，其內容與先前 的傳奇不同。
